Air Cabin Crew with Customer Service
LEVEL 2 (City and guilds)
This is a full time programme which is studied over one year.

Additionally, you gain experience in delivery of effective customer service.

Successful completion of a broad range of GCSEs
These must include:
English Language or Maths at grade 3
Ability to swim (Essential)
A willingness to wear smart clothing to all lessons

Assessment methods include:
1 external multiple choice question-style exams
Course work based on presentations, website design and podcasts
Work experience with either a hotel or restaurant
Practice experience with industry-based professionals including Safety Emergency Procedure training with a UK airline.
First aid training
Water survival training at a local leisure centre

The course will be delivered by teachers with both teaching and industry experience.
Our proximity to a local airport, fire station and leisure centre will provide you with opportunities to develop the practical skills needed for a career in Aviation.
You will have opportunities to meet Guest Speakers working as Air Cabin crew and learn about their career journeys.
You will work with real-life Fire Service Personnel on fire drills.
You will have an opportunity to travel overseas (within Europe) and interact with Air cabin crew on-board the flight.

You will be able to progress into employment as Air Cabin crew or Passenger Service Agent at the airport (18+ old learners only)
You will also be able to progress onto Level 3 Travel and Tourism or Business
